Virgin Mobile Canada (as well as the US) is CDMA and thus no SIM.

Rogers/Fido has data, but it's for WAP only.

T-Mobile US (prepaid)
T-Mobile NL (prepaid)
Fido CA (prepaid)
Orange IL (prepaid)
