Having experienced a cyclone (hurricane) myself I really feel for the people of southern Burma right now. Unfortuntely their situation is even more complicated by the xenophobic junta that rules that country. I've done some looking into the subject and it seems that the only relief agencies that were able to get aid to the affected were MSF (Doctors Without Borders), the Red Cross and Malteser International (Order of Malta). That may be changing but you may want to keep in mind that not every relief agency has been able to actually help the people there.
