These are brands which so far have specialised in making cheap international calls from the SIM's home territory to abroad

However the UK versions of them seem to have recently introduced some cheap roaming options as well.

Vectone has some notable cheap incoming rates in some places, such as 1 penny a minute in USA Canada and India, 7p /min in Nigeria and Bahrain, 8 p/min in Egypt, 10p/min South Africa and Paraguay, 11p/min in Saudi Arabia, 13p/min in UAE, 16p Chile and Uruguay, 17 p/min Niger, and they have also introduced what they call smart roaming, which means callback for outgoing calls from some countries, such as 15 p/min from EU countries and only a bit more from the cheap incoming calls places

Lycamobile UK has incoming calls in the EU and some interesting other countries such as Turkey and Pakistan and India at 0 per minute, with just a 7 pence connection fee. This offer seems to be for just July and August

Lyca is also behind Toggle Mobile, with free incoming roaming in quite a lot of countries
