They no longer support sim cards. However you can use your balance to make VOIP calls.I found out the hard way as well, when my sim card no longer works. No kind of communication from them. See this thread:

I contacted their customer support via the YackieMobile website. They cannot be reached via paytoomobile. And here is the email I received from them, specifically from
