Of course I don't want to give you a "negative feedback", I trust you (it's a good offer), but as an admin of this website I want to be sure there won't be any problem with our foreign users/friends (unfortunately we know there are often problems with Italian sim-cards).

Just to make things clearer.

Dear Effendi,
after our pleasant private conversation about this question, i confirm that registration is not required, because cards are at my name and ready to go. Needs only first recharge to do call, not to receive, because receiving in italy is free of charge.
Costs to call Europa, USA e Canada: abt 50 Eurocent minute (see Tim website for info)
Less expensive than international roaming and cards are also OK to put any voice/sms callback.

It's possible to change the holder name, sending a fax to TIM with copy of passport or other valid document.
In any case, to have more warranties, it is possible to buy at same price, the cards on Ebay.com (paypal refunds money if object is not good).

....But i have hundreds 100% feedback since 2003, and i do not want start to collect now negative....

Thanks
