After using the UK Toggle Mobile SIM for a couple weeks, here is my feedback:

everything works as advertised
stable roaming (compared to EKIT which often loses the signal on the same networks)
can completely disable voicemail (*137#) so callers are not charged when not available (EKIT charges callers even when the voicemail is disabled)
excellent customer service, and it's free to call them too on +44 7438 646322 from the 20 Toggle countries.

This is now my new local SIM in Europe; thanks to this I have no need for European local SIMs anymore. It complements the Onesimcard (free incoming in 154 countries and free email-to-SMS) perfectly .

I hope the announced data packages will arrive soon.
