Angry Support Simstogo ignores the treatment of clients with regards to incorrect billing - 26-02-2011, 10:53

I have a few years I am a regular customer Simstogo (Home page Sims2Go) and use some of their travel Sim card.

I've always been pleased with their services, but since the end of 2010, I started to charge for incoming calls in Russia (operator Mobile Tele Systems- MTS. This is one of the largest operators in Russia.).

In the tariff specified that incoming calls for this operator (operator Mobile Tele Systems- MTS) in Russia are free.

During the seven months I have many times reported to support Simstogo about this issue on every fact wrong billing.

I wrote an email to all their addresses (In total about twenty emails.), as well as repeatedly filling out the form to refer to their website.

But absolutely all of my appeals were ignored by customer support (rarely I wrote that will solve this issue and stopped responding).

This problem with the incorrect billing of calls in Russia continues to this day - today I again took charge for incoming calls.

I am very disappointed in this frivolous attitude of Simstogo to a permanent customer.
