I'm glad to hear that several of you have made some progress with YM.
On Friday, I sent an email to Florian, aka, Cizake with a copy to
support@yackiemobile.com and even
infos@yackie.com and have received no response. That was my third email - the vehicle customers are told to use because the people on the phones and chat lines can't help you.
Currently, the transaction on my credit card is in dispute. The issuer will intervene to resolve it.
I hope you receive your SIMs and are satisfied with them. You are more patient and understanding than me. I will not give my business to a firm that doesn't respond to their customers and charges them for a product they very well know they are having difficulty shipping.
This week I will order a SIM from one of their competitors that will more than likely be a far better experience.
