No, no, no, I didn't accuse anybody of fraud nor did I mean to...
Somebody made the point which stuck in my mind that he is very reluctant to do a credit card fraud report because then the card is cancelled...my point was meant to indicate that just because you claim one vendor did not send merchandise does not make it fraud and the credit card itself would not be cancelled.
I absolutely and I think if you read the response again did not in the slightest say anybody who would claim a charge back for non receipt was committing fraud.
If you got that impression, I most assuredly apologize to you.
If you feel the way you do, you are certainly entitled to do what you think is best in this case. I still prefer to wait and give them some more time...nothing irrevocable will happen if I wait up to 60 days that was all I was trying to say.
Please please withdraw your accusation that I implied in the slightest that you were committing fraud (or they were committing fraud).
