I got an email from Florian Seroussi today ?Cizake? stating the same problems. He promised me that if I left my order as is it would ship via UPS at no charge on Monday. I agreed that if he kept his end of the bargain and shipped me a working SIM on Monday and provided me with a tracking number by the end of Monday. I would withdraw my formal complaints to the Delaware and Florida Attorney Generals office, and withdraw my complaint with the respective better business bureaus.

So we will wait and see what happens on Monday. If I have once again been lied to I will post all the appropriate contact information for filing official complaints to assist the rest of you with your issues.
