A quick update, Cizke (or Florian) did reply to me. That is the first positive step the company has taken. He is very apologetic. He did offer to mail my order "soon". I won't go into the actual detail, but I'll believe it when I see it.

I am still a bit comprehensive on this whole situation. I will post another update if and when I receive my order.
