I just received a very quick response from Cizake. He mentioned that they are having some thechnical issues with the new DIDs. So, if you ordered any of the new numbers (not the Ohio ones), your order has not shipped yet. They are on hold. He will give me a status on when it will ship by early nextweek.

In his email he mentioned that they ran into some 'startup' problems after delivering over 4000 cards. So, they froze shipping until those issues are ressolved.

BTW, he accesed their system and sent me a very detailed order and registration information. Showing my number selected, prepaidgsm affliateID, etc.


I would also like to mention that he was very apologetic too.
