Yes, you will get billed 50k if you use 1 and close the connection.
You can keep the sessions open as long as you want - some cards close the sessions automatically every 12 or 24hours though.

Keep in mind that if you are moving around with your phone it can happen from time to time that the session cuts off cause of weak network or handover from some cells.
