I don't know if text messages are working in Ireland. I have no way to send to him (I don't know how to do it from a computer). His email message did not mention trying to send a text.

Nor do I know if he can select another network. Or if he even tried (my guess is that he did not, as he is only marginally familiar with how cell networks operate). CallBlue does not list on their website or literature which networks they use in different countries. The master list of providers on this forum indicates that CallBlue and 0044 are just rebranding of the same service. Does that tell you anything (I can't find network info on the 0044 site either)?
