:whistle: Not the first time I've seen a mobile phone or sim chip for same that claims it can roam in some place it can't.

I think the truth is closer to what a Myanmar travel agency says "Q - How about GSM phone connection in Myanmar?
A- Myanmar GSM or mobile phone service support network for local users only and no network traffic for global phone users. Therefore, if you bring your phone into Myanmar, formally you will have to leave it at custom desk on arrival until your departure. "

I'm curious on the Yackie satellite B capability. Wonder if this has to do with the Orange-IL/Iridium agreement?
