) on terminating calls in your DID, so 24-34 cents is enough to cover the costs forwarding calls to Israel and then to the mobile phone roaming somewhere in the world - not bad
BTW, could you explain what are "Maritime vessels" (GSM-on-ship networks?) and "Satellite communication B" (Iridium, Inmarsat?).
