But you know more now than you did before.
1. The first SIM purchased > a year ago would NOT work in other unlocked phones, even in Europe.
2. The second SIM, recently purchased, will also not work in your phone, whereas other foreign SIMs do work.
Yes, you did lose some leverage by giving feedback before you tried out the SIM. I would write them or call and see if they will not send you at least ONE REPLACEMENT for free. They are currently offering on Ebay the ECOWORLD SIM starting @ $9.99. You could offer to return the SIM cards. Try it. In German and English. Short and sweet.
You bought 2 cards from them in the last year or so and BOTH seem to be defective and you have never used them; give them the numbers. You erroneoulsy gave premature positive feedback. How can they compensate you? You'd be glad to return the defective cards or can they refund your money or will they test and send you a card or two that DO work?
