Off topic about RSM.
Does TIM in the GSM-on-Ships version have a different network code than "regular" TIM? AFAIR from discussions about GSM-on-Ships, it doesn't, however it ripps off at sea without any problem :P. Theoretically, TMS-TIM towers might be distinguished in some way as "floating towers" on ships, but in fact what for?
Off topic about Tokelau.
No doubt it's a magic place down there for international SIM providers:

Bangladesh, Bermuda, Cuba, Indonesia, Macau, Philippines, Reunion, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand,
Tokelau, Ukraine.
Half off topic.
It's strange that 09 with its good coverage doesn't offer services in Japan. However it works in non-GSM Korea.
OTOH there's a slight suggestion about Japan here

but I think it's a mistake (no Japan in the call calculator)
