So far, I've got my SIM (MTS branded, not Vodafone) up and running, and topped up using my German PayPal account with ding.com for what I consider an acceptable surcharge (about 15 percent). Then I added RED L followed by Roam Like Home - and set network selection to manual and chose Vodafone.de. I'm in Germany today, but will be in NL tomorrow and GB the day after that, so I'll hopefully be able to test all three.
One curious thing is that the online account you can set up is still only via mts.ua, not vodafone.ua.
