New refund conditions now of my offer due to 2 small recent troubles:

I sell virtual credit card to buy yourself your b&you credit card (mandatory FR snail mail address of your side for SIM card reception), 6€ by "virement international" or 7€ paypal.

Refund policy: 100% if error is from my side * -0.5€ penality per asked/bought virtual CC number if error is from your side, rejected paiement, postal strikes or virtual CC number not used after X months.

FYI In france it is legal to receive postal letters on another address. Your IP address used for the subscription and the passport number
is the proof of the simcard ownership.
