Go with Cosmote, has the best coverage. The speed doesn't matter so much if you can't find network..

Cosmote has 2 kind of prepaid cards: COSMOKARTA & WHATSUP

COSMOKARTA has data plans and some general plans to speak or send sms with any provider.
WHATSUP is great for talking with other whatsup users.

If you want data, your choice should be COSMOKARTA.
The data plans are also the cheapest. With 10 euro you get 1GB usage per month.
The plan is 5 euro for 500mb to be exact.
