Totally off topic, but I'm very much aware of the background. I was there.
There are reasons why not one single country has accepted the Turkish occupation of the nothern part. And it has nothing whatsoever to do with "EU adapted". It's world wide.

PS Somebody moved my question from the Asian part of the forum to Europe, although Cyprus is in Asia.
