International Call Forwarding with Piranha -

Just discovered the call forwarding service on Piranha works for international numbers - this is a unique solution, as far as I know, without monthly charges.
I've tried various things, google voice + Keku, tel3+ speed dial numbers, but all sorts of constraints prevent these from working. I just wanted people who dial my US cell to get forwarded to a UK or other local sim.
I just set my US cell to forward to the US Piranha number, and use the Piranha forwarding service to an international number, et voila. It was 6p/min for an Israeli mobile sim
