I just found a Blackberry roaming SIM:

Blackberry Roaming Sim from NowRoam?, Reduce your BlackBerry mobile data roaming charges.

I have no interest in the Blackberry platform, but thought I'd pass it on since I know that most roaming SIMs don't support BIS and BES.
