I have a question for anyone who has seen what I am going to describe. I have a BLU Q51 dual-SIM/quad band {no3g}GSM phone. A ekit US SIMple Calling Plus Service SIM card. The new one, that has a UK and US phone number but only works in US and Canada [Canada is 3G only!?].
If I go into 'network settings' and choose the SIM and then 'preferences' it shows only two networks. AT&T [310410] and T-Mobile [310260]. What is interesting is that their are pictures/icons to the left of the listed network. To the left of the AT&T is '2G' icon. To the left of the T-Mobile is a big 'G'.
What does this mean?
Here is something else interesting:
Quote:
Rates are based on kilobytes of data used, and are charged at $5 per MB in USA and $1.99 Canada. The minimum charge is for 100KB and usage is charged in increments of 10KB.
