Wind Mobile Canada has introduced a new option where you can roam in Italy for 0.20 cents/minute for all calls including back to Canada. The option is free until september then it will be $8/ month.
The only problem is Wind Mobile uses different freguencies so you would be connecting in Europe at 2g speeds.
