I have to once again chime in about how much I like Ekit's customer service. Just yesterday they again sent me an email telling me to make a call or text message to keep my SIM active and preserve my credits. A number of other companies would just love to have your SIM expire and keep your unused credits or charge to reactivate the SIM.
