Sorry, I just found your question here.
1) There is no real flat rate package here, especially not one that is prepaid
2) Szentpeterur is small village, and as far as I see there is no 3G/HSxPA coverage there yet /all three operators are building fast so who knows/ so the most you can expect is EDGE /even that is unsure/. To benefit EDGE (if that is available there/ T-Mobile or Telenor are recommended, although Vodafone is currently EDGE-enabling its network.
3) How much data do you really need, considering there is only EDGE at the place where you are to stay?
4) In Szentpeterur you might be better off by taking WLAN equipment and ask local people if they can help you connect...
