My friend left for Morocco and now he asks me to top up his mobile phone.
Does anybody know the cheapest way to send money to mobile in Morocco?
Maybe somebody topped up mobiles in African countries and could recommend me company and the way to pay?
Is it safe to top up mobiles phones through Internet? Can they guarantee that
my friend's mobile is really credited?
