SIM Cards don't work for at least 4 Weeks -

On Feb 3 I have received the following email from celltrek:
"We experienced an attacked on our database - which is causing the backend to be down for now.
Our technicians are working to resolve the matter shortly.
Apologies for any inconvenience,
Let us know how we can better serve you, as always we welcome your questions and feedback."
I have several SIM cards with them. All of them have stopped working since.
