Rynga is actually a Dellmont brand, as are several others like ActionVoip
Quite what the relationship is between the two groups is not clear, but it doesn't seem to be that they are gradually migratiing to Luxembourg, and they aren't simply interchangeable, as for example resellers on Betamax brands can't transfer funds to Dellmont accounts
