I think most people do not really do this! The truth is that most savvy users (especially the ones who use this site) and especially those who wish to make longer calls will make use of the free/cheap incoming facility on a roaming SIM and then setup a callback using a 3rd party provider! This works out much cheaper than all the rates that are being squabbled about! Of course this is something that the providers of the SIM do not like, but hey that's life!
