Did the SIM start with £0 value? Acquiring customers is a cost factor/expense that something like this can make really cheap.
All the people offering SIMs and/or value for the dead UM cards are paying to aquire customers. It does cost and if you can find a cheap way to do it you will end up with a lot of customers. Does anyone remember the good old days when PayPal was buying customers?
