Why don't they tell the truth and tell there customers that there suppler has gone bust rather than saying its a upgrade.

"The operator providing network services is currently undergoing a major restructuring with the primary objective to provision additional services and features to the benefit to our users. Therefore, users are currently experiencing network downtime.

As of this time, 09SIM cannot indicate the exact time/date for full service restoration. However, we do expect significant improvement in network uptime during the month of January. We are aware that this will be causing some stress for the majority of our customers, and in no way do we underestimate the severity of the circumstances.

In co-operation with key parties involved, the operator continues to pursue all avenues available, with the clear objective to conclude this restructuring at the earliest time possible. It remains the operator’s firm intention to secure and announce full service restoration at the earliest available opportunity. 09SIM will provide details of that as soon as we can"
