From the german forum "Telefon-Treff" I got help, so I used this way:
Sent a email to
info@saveonroaming.net with your billingadress and the order of recharging 10 or 25 €. The servicecharge is 1.90 €. You get a email with a bill, witch you can pay by paypal or banktransfer. After you get the code by email.
It works!
