Sim showing "unregistered sim" -

My maxroam sim card is showing unregistered sim. Anyone here have the same issue. I am in the US. I last used it on a recent trip in September. I can still log in and do any maintenance online. I have already opened a ticket with their customer service.
Phones: Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, Samsung Galaxy A50, ASUS zenfone 3,
Sim cards: AT&T (Contract), 3 UK, Piranha Mobile
