Well, my experience is that you can have cheap or you can have reliable. You don't get both together. All the cheap cards I've used: Celtrek, UM, UM+, 09; all have issues. Celtrek, being based on an Israeli SIM, does not work in many Moslem countries. UM now has high incoming rates. UM+ and 09 just don't work some places. Other SIMs have gone out of business for and left the users high and dry. I don't know of any cheap card that's dead reliable. Mobal seems to be reliable; it's not cheap.
