Have you or she used + 00 or 011 as prefix for the number?
Is there an option to receive on a landline instead?

Thanks Andy
No, no option to receive the code or any other verification way by land line.
She used 00 as a prefix for the mobile number.
This way for Moose Jaw, Canada:
00-1-306-thenumber
¿Should be used 011 as a prefix? What do you think PhotoJim?
What kind of problem do you think I/she might have giving my mobile that's already associated with my VoipDiscount account?
