... I donīt know why he is charged 0 for incoming calls, I GUESS they have still a bug in their billing system or they still do billing two ways ... but it is not the question that I have the to answer to this "wrong" billing case.

Indeed, but if you would contact them by phone they would tell you that this tariff version is obsolete. Thatīs what I mean, get yourself the needed info before you write here comments, which does not reach even in small circles the facts.
