Hey gang-

Just a head's up...was in Rio for work and looking forward to using my UM +423 with free incoming. Unfortunately, phone didn't work at all. I successfully registered on TIM, but was unable to complete any calls to the US or to Europe. I also tried my CBW number and no joy. Unable to even check Balance. I tried registering on Oi and Claro as well- both showed up on my Network list, but neither would register.

Back in US now and a quick test got me my Balance as well as my CBW callback, so seems to have been a Brazil issue.
