After Carrefour, Happy Movil, Lebara and Simyo, it's time for a new MVNO in Spain: Jazztel.

Spain was one of the few countries in EU still with no MVNOs and very high tariffs till few months ago, but it seems the newcomers (along with Yoigo) are doing very well to the market!
