EDGE is not implemented in the E-Plus network, but with a 3G phone (must support the European band @ 2100 MHz) you can get 384 KBit/s of bandwidth and HSDPA (> 1,4 MBit/s) is to be launched before year end (perhaps already at CeBIT next month).
