My ticket has been open for 2 months, no sms, and the 354 number will not even ring from the US. Since 3 weeks , no reply and I have a rather sizable balance in my account. Now I cannot even access that information. Anyway, go to costa Rica in the morning, its supposed to work there?????? but who knows.
