Unfortunately, it's discontinued. It was possible for some time to switch from Orange POP to Nowy POP tariff, but it's over now

Play doesn't have to be a good solution anyway because international SMS are basically interchanged only between networks which have roaming agreements. Play has very few now (as for Finland, with Elisa only).
Orange, Plus, Era - all they charge 0.61 per int'l SMS. The only way to cut it down is to buy large top-ups with bonus: 115 PLN for 100/180 for 150 in Simplus, or 110 for 100 in Orange (180 for 150 in Orange is discontinued). But of course it's worth considering with planned heavy usage only.....
