Dear Customer

We are now in the process of sending out replacement SIM cards to all those who have registered and look forward to continuing to provide quality roaming mobile network services.

The SIM should be with you in the next few days - postal disruptions permitting !

We also thank you once again for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We have done all we can to mitigate against adverse circumstances beyond our control.
