but it's really not so useful and anyway you can find all the information about tariffs and kit prices on this website, in English.

All 3 Italian prepaid simcards cost 10 euros including 5 euros of credit. 29$ are 28€, so you'll spend 18€ more (plus shipping, I guess) to have the number in advance, nothing more.
