Forwarding to EU mobiles.... -

I am not familiar with forwarding services. HOWEVER, I think you are going to find that the 21 - 25 US cent range is about the going rate for calls forwarded to EU mobile phones. That is the usual calling rate, to EU mobiles although I have seen rates in the 15 cents range on a very few calling cards.
