What CZ O2 / Eurotel tarrif am I on -

How can I find out what CZ O2 / Eurotel prepaid tarrif am I on? I've had the SIM a couple of years now - it was bought when it was still Eurotel.
Interestly, I've not been to CZ for over a year and the credit still shows on my account!
Prepaids - FR: SFR; BE: BASE; PL:iPlus simdata UK: T-Mobile; International: SIM4Travel / Trupphone
Contract - UK: O2
Phones - Nokia 700
Phones in store - Nokia 5100, 3230, N70, 5500, N96, N95, 6230, 1100
