Of course the problem with the Estonian cards is the high termination fees (at least on North American providers) that results in people calling you on them paying asininely high rates and after they receive their bills it's a good way to lose friends.
Currently the Estonian cards are working okay on enlinea toll free numbers and cbw pin2dest at not too bad rates however I have never been able to complete a callback either with cbw or enlinea to get their posted rates to call back to the USA and their naitive rate is pretty high, at least to me, to call the USA from them.
