It is reported that owners will be able to send in their phones to Apple for a replacement phone FOR A FEE.

I guess I am not the cool type. I conducted a very unscientific poll @ work and only 1 in about 15 was interested in the iPhone. The one person interested was turned off by the non-replaceable battery. I am not sure he even considered the full price-tag, minimum ~ $60 / month for 24 months for the plan.
